Fabric House

Connie first founded Design House, the design Studio, and in 2002, she opened the Design House showroom featuring a wide selection of curated furnishings, lighting, art and accessories. Then in 2012, she expanded with the opening of another showroom, Fabric House, with a varied selection of fabrics, wallcoverings, trims and drapery hardware.  Her award winning design firm has had designs published both locally and nationally, and Connie was selected by the national magazine Design Times as one of their “10 Designers to Watch.” The firm has also received many ASID Interior Design Awards, as well as Papercity Design Awards.  And the Design House Showroom was chosen as one of Accents Today’s “50 Retail Stars”.

In the past few years, Connie has launched her own private fabric label of fine fabrics and textiles, the LeFevre Collection, which is available exclusively at Fabric House. The company has also launched a custom design furnishing label, The LeFevre Collection Home Décor, exclusively offered at Design House and Fabric House.  This has more often been for design clients, but plans are for this option to become more available, so look for some pop ups on the showroom floor and our social media in the future.
